Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, [Domain] may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;

We guarantee our products to meet all bank, Federal Reserve System (Including Check 21) and ABA requirements to be clearly read electronically by your bank.

Product Has Mistakes: We do ask that you check the bank information and all numbering information completely and carefully, as mistakes can occur. Remember, you are entering the order information. We DO NOT manipulate or otherwise change the information you enter. Misspellings and incorrect numbers are errors by the person entering the order (YOU). We will (any or all may occur at our discretion) replace or refund (upon return of defective checks) for defective products that are not order entry errors. Entering incorrect copy or numbering is your responsibility.

Should a credit card refund be necessary, you will need to call us with your card and expiration date. Once we charge for an order, we do not keep numbers on site for security purposes. We guarantee our products for 100% customer satisfaction, however, we will not refund for orders where the customer has entered the incorrect information, so check your order carefully before submitting it.

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to click on the images on the website to enlarge them. Be aware that images to display checks have been enhanced for viewing on monitors and may vary to actual printed product.
